Ben began his photography career shooting rare tomes, maps, and arcane art objects for a San Francisco-based auction house. He also worked as a photography assistant to architectural and lifestyle photographers at Sunset Magazine in the San Francisco Bay Area. Ben later worked in digital production at Stanford University before moving to New York City where he became a photographer of fine art. Clients included artists, galleries, and art institutions within the New York Art World.
Now based in San Francisco's SOMA district, Ben Needham Studio provides photography services for artists, non-profits, and corporate clients.
